Thanks Khan we found out that the mail adress in our AD was written with capital letters which didnt work out with the super sensitive Federation ID. Could not verify the Salesforce administrator login and password. I didnt know about the difference until roll out so right now I have few users unable to use SSO.
I do not have access to their SalesForce admin portal but im working on the Okta side. Im currently working with a vendor experiencing the very same issue. I hope you can help me I have the same problem maybe my assertion data is incorrect.
